What is Fear? We all have heard of the cute acronyms of fear: False Evidence Appearing Real; Face Everything And Rise; Forget Everything And Run. But is fear really? Fear is defined as: A distressing EMOTION aroused by impending danger, evil, pain, etc., whether the threat is real or IMAGINED. You have to have an understanding what fear is in order to overcome it and use it to your advantage.

Why are you overdoing it? Too many of us are struggling in silence with overeating, over-giving, overspending, and just all around doing entirely too much. Continuing down this path will cost you much more. It’ll cost you your Health Happiness Freedom Sanity and much more.
